The pattern envelope contains the pattern sheets and instructions to sew the Pullover Top and the Flared Pleated Skirt. The loose fitting pullover top has front button/loop, tie ends forming one way pleat, overlays and short sleeves with stitched hems. The Flared, Below Waist Skirt is pleated and falls to the lower calf. It has a back zipper, overlays and placket opening on overlays with stitched hems.
